Research

The research I conduct is primarily focused on utilizing in-situ instrumentation to examine friction induced effects of biocompatible materials rubbing against corneal epithelial cells, using a model interface which mimics the biological stresses experienced by these cells in the human eye. I am interested in investigating the application of biocompatible materials in Regenerative Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery.
